a free online CBT program
It's been kinda quiet in here...maybe this'll spark some more action/discussion in this community :)
Researchers at a university in Australia have developed a free online CBT program called MoodGYM. The welcome page only mentions depression, but once you log in they mention anxiety as well. The program consists of several interactive modules: Feelings, Thoughts, Unwarping, De-stressing, and Relationships.
I'm only on first module, but it seems good so far. Having an interactive program seems to make it a little easier to motivate myself to do CBT exercises on my own.
