Wealthy Elmer Stuyvesant tries to court an unwilling shopgirl during a recruiting parade, and his chauffeur decides to join the Army. While trying to hire a new chauffeur, Elmer stumbles upon a recruiting office; and before he can protest, he is being given an induction physical.
