What: Practice (and a whole lot of talking)

Michaela still thought this was kind of a stupid idea. Wouldn't it be a better idea if they practiced as a group? With their coach? Not that they didn't do that enough, of course. The blisters on her feet from all of the dancing were living proof of that.
But regardless of her personal thoughts on the matter, she was still doing it, because A) Shelby would have made her do it even if she tried to back out, B) she'd do anything to make her voice better, and C) Alex was her partner.
Michaela liked Alex. She was relatively normal, and Juliet seemed to like her (and things were much easier when Juliet liked the person, for obvious reasons). Plus, there was just something about her. She couldn't put her finger on it, exactly, but there was a 'something.'
So she pulled out her iPod and began looking through her songs, debating on which one to practice on while she waited for Alex to arrive.
