The IT Infrastructure Administrator supports server systems, infrastructure services, cybersecurity, and related technology projects. Additionally, working as part of a small IT team supporting approximately 2,000 students and 600+ faculty and staff, requiring a broad range of technical skills and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment. The IT Infrastructure Administrator contributes to maintaining reliable, secure, and high-performing technology services across the campus.

    • Technology Solutions Analyst in Los Angeles

      Reporting to the Vice President/Chief Information Officer, the Technology Solutions Analyst is a technical generalist who partners with academic and administrative departments across the College to analyze business needs, design technology-enabled solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes using modern enterprise platforms and tools. The Technology Solutions Analyst combines business analysis, system configuration, integration support, and collaborative problem-solving to improve institutional workflows, data quality, operational efficiency, and the overall student and employee experience. Working closely with ITS and functional stakeholders, the Technology Solutions Analyst helps translate technology investments into sustainable, user-centered solutions that support institutional goals and continuous improvement initiatives. The Technology Solutions Analyst will support solution adoption through documentation, training, and ongoing process evaluation.

    • Culinary and Operations Manager - Tiger Cooler in Los Angeles

      Reporting to the Associate Director, Campus Dining, the Culinary and Operations Manager is responsible for the overall culinary leadership, daily management, and operational performance of Tiger Cooler, one of the College’s most visible dining venues. The Manager directs back-of-house operations and provides venue leadership to support service standards, staff accountability, food quality, labor management, and operational continuity. The Manager is responsible for menu execution and development, staffing oversight, scheduling, ordering, inventory, food and labor cost control, training, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. The Manager leads through active floor presence, coaching, and oversight of operations, while ensuring work is effectively carried out by staff and supervisors. This position is intended for a strong culinary manager who can lead a high-volume retail dining operation, develop staff, and drive consistent performance.

    • Assistant Director, Annual Giving in Los Angeles

      Reporting to the Director, Annual Giving, the Assistant Director, Annual Giving advances institutional fundraising priorities through strategic digital engagement, compelling storytelling, and cross-campus collaboration. The Assistant Director leads the development and execution of multi-channel annual giving campaigns designed to increase donor participation, strengthen constituent engagement, and generate annual revenue. The Assistant Director manages fundraising appeals, collaborates with campus partners and ambassadors, and oversees initiatives such as student crowdfunding and a Student Ambassador Program to expand peer-to-peer outreach. Working closely with colleagues across Institutional Advancement, the position supports key annual fundraising initiatives and contributes to building a sustainable base of philanthropic support while achieving annual participation and revenue goals.

    • Resident Advisor in Los Angeles

      Reporting to the Director, the Resident Advisor oversees, mentors, and provides academic support to approximately seventy (70) high school students from Belmont, Franklin, Lincoln, Sotomayor, and Wilson High Schools within the Los Angeles Unified School District. The Resident Advisor is responsible for a group of twelve to fourteen (12-14) students and plays a vital role in guiding them through academic and residential experience. The Resident Advisor will live in the residence hall for six (6) weeks, providing a supportive and structured environment to foster student success and personal growth. Additionally, Resident Advisors assist with daily operations, serve as role models, and ensure the safety and well-being of students throughout the duration of the program.
