Welcome to my humble list,
this is my second go at Hooptober, but this return does bear a certain shame. Last year, young and overconfident, I set myself the goal to not only watch more than the requiered amount of movies, but do so starting October 1st and not one day before that. Well, turns out that as an adult with shit to do, watching 36 movies in 31 days isn't as easy as I made it out to be for myself.

So this year, no more fancy stuff to set myself apart from the masses, I will strictly play by the rules: 31 movies, following the parameters set by cinemonster here and the viewing starts on September 15th. However, I do still limit myself to only watching movies on physical discs, so I can justify buying more stuff.
I have not seen any of these movies. If there are objections to my picks, like "Messiah of Evil isn't actually about Satan", feel free to comment and I'll change my list.
Very excited for the next month of spooktacular screenings and 31 first watches, some great, some dreaded (looking at you, late phase Argento)
May the horror begin, and a happy Hooptober to everyone who's celebrating!
