MCU Rewatch #14: Doctor Strange.
Starting out to say Wong steals the spotlight every scene he's in!
The visuals never cease to amaze me, I don't care if the movie itself is 90% CGI the usage of it is cool as hell.
Benedict Cumberbatch is a perfect Stephen Strange; he literally looks like an adapted comic book page in costume. All the costumes are top-tier though, especially Kaecilius's.
The character development in this movie might just be my favorite thingβ¦

Tangled is legitimately perfect and so many of my favorites all at once. Favorite Disney movie, favorite princess, favorite prince (male love interest if you don't wanna count Eugene as a prince), favorite Disney couple, favorite animal sidekick(s), favorite Disney song (ily "I See The Light"), favorite Disney scene ("I See The Light" deserves two mentions). It's simply, absolutely perfect and makes me cry happy tears every time.

MCU Rewatch #12: Ant Man.
So I really love Ant-Man?? Like I don't remember caring about the character on first watch, and now I'm actually lowkey obsessed?? Idk what was wrong with me last time, but it's overdue to atone for my mistaken judgment. Scott Lang is a hilarious, awesome dude and officially my favorite loser (affectionate) amongst his band of loser friends (more affectionate), though Luis is the true Ultimate Favorite Loser (most affectionate).

MCU Rewatch #13: Captain America Civil War.
I love a good movie with nuance, and this is precisely that. Team Cap for the win though.....
Aside from trying to build too much into its story and ending up a little overwhelming to track at times (the most obvious flaw imo), I still love it. The airport scene remains my favorite fight sequence in the saga. And Bucky vs Tony vs Steve? Chefs kiss!
