irdgaf how basic or silly or whatever this lil gem of a goofyass drama was, it was a wholeass HOOT! i hadn't looked forward to a drama's episodes on a weekly basis this much in soooo long, and after anticipating it since the lead casting was initially reported back in late 2024, i'm so incredibly happy that the payoff was so satisfying! love a little romcom like this when done well. my heart is so full, ok.

i loved that most conflicts were resolved quickly and efficiently. love love loooved that the main couple would almost instantly get to communicating whenever an issue arose, and they didn't waste too much time loitering on and on about something before one or the other approached the subject to resolve whatever it was. so refreshing!

ahn bohyun and lee joobin... aaah, their chemistry!!!!! had me screaming crying throwing up squealing giggling twirling my hair and kicking my feet in the air the whole entire time, no joke. like, butterflies in the belly and all that stupid stuff! not to mention the height difference. anyway, finally seeing them onscreen together, witnessing their insane chemistry was unreal. easily have become one of my fav pairings in kdrama. love them so so so much!!

so yeah, often silly, hilarious, outrageous, may be basic by some people's standard, but honestly? it's full of heart, and so much fun, and a sweet love story to boot. i had such a great time with it, and will definitely be revisiting it in future. a comfort drama. 10/10 and my whole heart!!!!
