Making my list a little later this year, lot has happened in the last twelve months. Reality is...horrific, and in some ways the slashers and zombies are a nice break from the atrocities we experience everyday. Following the criteria but I've added a few personal horror selections to face my personal BIG fear (sickness). This is my fourth year participating, have loved every year!

Welcome to year 12. Thank you to everyone that has been a part of this for any number of cycles. There is a lot going on in the world and I hope that everyone is OK.

Year 2 back in Austin TX. I'm going to do some guest programming in October if you're around, and my own Curse of Hooptober is alive and well.

I will begin as I did the last eleven(!) years: I would like to do 31 horror films in October, but that doesn't seem possible at the moment so I will start my 31 on September 15th.

I WILL REVIEW THEM ALL (I really mean that🤞). Those of you not new to the LB block know that horror is near and dear to my heart.
