This is will be my eleventh time hanging out with Cinemonster and all the other Hoop heads this fall.
Below are the rules this year. Per usual I'm not the biggest review guy (but I'm working on it!) so I won't review every film per the rules. Also I've already seen one of the bonus movies (from a previous hooptober list) so I'll just remove that one and watch the other two. Anyways, here we go:
There must be 31 horror films
6 countries (other than Italy or US)
9 decades
5 Zombie Films
3 cult or conspiracy horror films
1 film from a Black director with a Black lead
1 film from a Mexican or Central American…
