Brian De Palma is doing his very best of not only giving a great homage to Alfred Hitchcock films... but kind of upping the ante a bit in his own right.

This is an extremely well-done thriller/mystery with horrific elements - a couple of great gory scenes. Super red blood. Love that cheese sauce!

Also rockin' it out is Margot Kidder with her highly effective French accent. She gives a great and convincing performance... as well as disturbing at times. Loved her work here.

Lots to love in this early De Palma thrill ride. His use of split screen alone is quite fantastic and used to great effect! Extremely fun to watch.

This one had escaped my notice for a long while... and I'm so glad I got around to watching it this year. Solid flick!
