I'm looking for a roomate for my house on 707 E. 11th st. The property is a 2 bedroom house owned by IU realty and is literally 3 blocks from the main library. Rent is $350 a month + utilities. Pets are allowed and I have a cat. The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood that is all university housing. The house has a huge backyard with a picnic table. The kitchen is large as is the 2nd bedroom. The backyard borders a park. Downtown is a 15min walk, the library is a 10min walk. There is an empty carport and a ton of storage space. The house is about 900sqft with all hardwood floors.
