That's a little reassuring. I guess I can believe whatever controls this city has the sort of power to stop him, if it brought us here.

Assuming the Doctor can't put him down, there's others. Genie has more power than a dozen Masters. And even if none of us could, I don't think the city itself would allow it. Something would stop…
