HiTS
Description: QB3’s discovery research informatics are centralized within SMDC via HiTS, an in-house web application (Grails 2.4.5) on top of a MySQL database (5.7.30) empowering collaboration through the life of a project. The key benefits to QB3 and its collaborators are availability at no cost, secure project-based access, data management and backup, and a visually intuitive user interface. HiTS is most commonly used for project collaboration, viewing scatter plots and statistics for high-throughput (end-point and kinetic), hit-to-lead, and high-content screens. Data is available for filtering, sorting, and download with built-in file management. Screening data visualization is enhanced with Murcko scaffold and chemical similarity hit analysis within or across screens.
