The UAB Burleson Building, originally the Doctors' Building or Medical Center Doctors' Building was a 3-story medical office building at 909 18th Street South, adjacent to the University Place Apartments.

Seen from the west, the 2nd floor of the building, clad in orange brick, cantilevered over a red-brick clad ground floor level and a covered entrance driveway. The front facade featured a screen of beige pierced blocks wrapped by a moulded frame. Similar screens wrapped an open walk from the parking lot at the rear, accessible from grade. A smaller 3rd floor "penthouse" was located at the rear of the building, again clad in red brick.

The building was designed by Evan Terry and constructed by G. W. Hallmark & Sons. The project won an "Award of Merit" at the 1960 Festival of Arts Architectural Awards banquet organized by the Jefferson County Association of Architects.

The building was rededicated in honor of physician Paul W. Burleson. After being acquired by UAB it housed offices for the university's physical security, radio paging and ONE Card services. Those offices moved to the UAB Medical Towers in 2014. Beginning in November 1988 it also housed the UAB Travel Center for several years.

The building was demolished in February 2026.
