i'm doing a report on a song where you have to show the deeper meaning of it and i of course want to do a beatles song. i was thinking "In My Life" since it always seemed to be a very deep and symbolic song to me. Does anyone have any ideas? I have to tell what the song means literally, the author's tone, the theme or meaning, and show any metaphors, similes, repeated imagery or any other deeper level meaning. i'd really love to do a beatles song and i pretty much know what they're trying to express, it's just really hard for me to explain. any help would be greatly appreciated :]thank you!
