I just recently started working as a phone sex operator and I really love it. But I'm still having trouble in one major area.
How do I get them to speak up? Sometimes I just absolutely cannot hear them, and I try telling them that I can't understand them because their voice is so soft, and then they just end up hanging up- which drives my hold time down and reduces my paycheck.
What do you guys do to get them to speak so you can understand them? TIA. :)
