BART Public Records Requests

Welcome to the public records request portal for the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART). BART utilizes the NextRequest platform to facilitate access to BART’s public records which allows users to easily request public records from BART.

Important Note: As-Built Drawings, Record Drawings, Utility Mapping, Right-of-Way Records, and Easement Mapping are not available through the CPRA and must be requested through BART’s Online Permit Application Portal.

Previous requests may also be viewed by using the search function on the right. If you would like to access the records released in response to a previous request, please submit a new request that indicates the request number you are interested in.
