k_sik Simply amazing. A hidden gem that scratches an itch akin to an emotional panacea. The ethereal cords, transcendent progression, calculated let downs, soft humming of instruments painting a beautiful landscape paired with masterful lyricsim - this quartet packs a whole lot in such little time. Very refined production that yins the yang of the band.

This is quite an emotional journey, and one of those albums you can listen to from start to finish. All my real homies listen to GOON! Favorite track: Jaw.

anvoidsoup Your music and this album in particular evoke emotions and memories in me that I didn't even know were possible. Incredible work to everyone involved in this masterpiece 🙏

    Thomas K thumbnail
Thomas K I was very excited when I saw this. Black Marble is one of the only contemporary projects I actively keep up with and look forward to and I’ve been hungry for more. This was a welcome surprise. It is a unique thing while also being very much like Black Marble, of course. It is distinct enough to appeal in a different way while still scratching the itch I have for more of his music. Just keep doing what you’re doing, Chris. It’s fantastic. Favorite track: Losing It.
A Mist On The Water thumbnail
A Mist On The Water Absolutely sublime!!! The moment I saw this LP dropped I couldn’t wait to listen and I’m utterly delighted! This album has Black Marble vibes with elements of house, edm, and a generally upbeat sound. It goes so hard, I can’t wait for more! Chris, your music is everything to me, please never stop sharing your genius with the world! 🫶🪩🕺🏻 Favorite track: Wondering.
    William Bosch thumbnail
William Bosch (demos)? An excellent LP on its own right now. A fun blend that has some of the Black Marble aroma but still distinctively unique. Haven't cried myself to sleep in years but maybe now I will.

    JKm1990 thumbnail
JKm1990 The feeling of rain soaked streets at midnight, the last train home has already left, walking past neon billboards in a city that feels impossible. A beautiful soundtrack to build Neo Noir worlds to.

    Bardo Morales thumbnail
Bardo Morales I mean, it's not because of his (well deserved) reputation at all. It's because this man is a fucking genius and he's still proving it with all these absolutely gorgeous tracks! He doesn't need the loudest mix or the coolest cover art to actually kick a lot of ass.

    tiki13 thumbnail
tiki13 John Carpenter - Lost Themes
    I love it!
Music from the my childhood hero.
Hypnotic driven rhythms sizzling with sinister synthesizers throb and pulse like a THING from out-there-some-where sprouting tentacles and eyeballs.
Like a beast trapped and hungry for prey, the music often switches tracks, gathers up it's throbing sounds and changes direction switching from prey to hunter.
What a great ghost-train ride for your ears & mind. Wickedly wonderful BLISS. Favorite track: Night.
