    Dionysos Nyktelios thumbnail
Dionysos Nyktelios Listening to a Her Name is Calla album, you never know what is going to come next: folk arrangements? synth driven electronica? intimate alt. rock? grandiose post rock?

I'm still trying to figure out how all of these works together without shattering at some point. In the meanwhile, I just enjoy the music. Favorite track: Navigator.
    KoH thumbnail
KoH A truly great album. Found it by accident, Somewhat reminiscent of Radiohead's 'Amnesiac' period, in particular the 4th song, Ragman Roll, reminds me of the Pyramid Song. Which is a good thing for sure. Favorite track: I Was On The Back Of A Nightingale.
    Tyler thumbnail
Tyler heart-wrenching lyrics atop one of the best-produced albums I've heard in years. hard to pigeonhole; folk, but not. electronic, but not. a great album. Favorite track: Dreamlands.

Peter Jones Wrupk Urei probe the boundaries of progressive rock music once more... It's definitely a trip. Whether you're in the right place to get on at the start is another matter. It's pretty hard funk, really, no denying it, and it doesn't let up.

    Ursa Minor thumbnail
Ursa Minor This EP feels like the soundtrack for a dystopian movie. Both futuristic (or maybe does it count as contemporary in 2021 haha) with the glitchy synths and vocoder, and human and introspective with the organic instruments and subjects. The atmosphere reminds me of albums like Hail to the thief or 100th window, but with a touch of more classical/movie score and some metal, although I would not really classify it as that. (because why stick it in a box, really?) Favorite track: Lithium Blue.
    crisifur19 thumbnail
crisifur19 I love Unexpect, so I love this.
    Christopher Ollinger thumbnail
Christopher Ollinger Not really to my taste, but Chaoth is the greatest bass player of all time. That includes Wooten et all. Favorite track: The Mask.
    Cybertooth99 thumbnail
Cybertooth99 Automatic floored jaw. It still hurts. I did not expect that (pun intended). One the most unique track I've ever heard. Looking forward to new material. Favorite track: Communion.
