desprio The aesthetic from this album is so fascinating, and the pillow was an amazing addition to the already incredible lineup of merch!

BigUncle Absolutely a timeless banger Favorite track: Hit Vibes.
    21bits thumbnail
21bits Front to back, a funky, infectiously danceable electric sugar-rush. Saint Pepsi has a golden ear for samples and Hit Vibes proves that can be more than enough to carry a whole album. If this record doesn’t brighten up your day you need to check your pulse. Favorite track: Better.
    silvacrypt thumbnail
silvacrypt One of the albums that kickstarted Future Funk. The added sidechain and electronic drums give all these songs a punch, making them much more enjoyable to listen to than the original samples ever were, at least to me.

The pitched down vocals give a sort of supernatural feel to these songs, it makes them more impactful in my opinion. Favorite track: Strawberry Lemonade.

    Jeff Richardson thumbnail
Jeff Richardson The video takes you back, back to a time, a time of a certain kind of freedom, a freedom forgotten.
    ChungKingCanSuckIt thumbnail
ChungKingCanSuckIt my dad doesn't remember taking me to the roller rink neither of us can skate but his girlfriend and her daughter skated. I remember going under a bridge to get there with a big dip that always flooded. they have since modified the road so it does not flood anymore the roller rink and building are totally gone now. I also went there once for a class trip from school.

this song brings up fond memories has a great retro vibe and I listen to it often.

Ronald Ceballos I really enjoy this album. Very mellow and subdued. It lends itself to many situations ranging from a conversational ambience to a hike/workout. Nicely done sir.

A quick anecdote: I was hiking through a bamboo forest in A city outside of Kyoto when the song "Morning Joy" came on. This song seriously enhanced the experience of this moment.

    Favorite track: Morning Joy.
