Iván Delgado I got to know Pumpkin Witch thanks to the youtube channel DS Archives and damn how lucky I was! Eerie, dark spooky and old school dungeon synth is what we have here. The story within this album catch my attention immediately as well. I'm eager to know what follows next.

JDMP Okay. I gotta be honest: I was first turned off by the idea of the band. I took the aesthetic as a gimmick. But, then I went back through my wishlist and fell back upon this album and had to change my ways. This is amazing shit. Like, the type shit that makes you a diehard for the genre. So glad this exists.

Picnic Boy Mark my words, Pumpkin Synth will be the next big thing. You think Grunge was a big deal back in the 90's? That was *nothing* compared to what's coming...

Beware of the Pumpkin Witch. She's still out there, somewhere. You have been warned.

Ryan Land One of the few albums to bring me peace and release and has gotten me through a lot of hard times. Highly recommended.

Joder este álbum suena a todo lo que sewerslvt estuvo intentando crear (no por nada es el album más viejo de ella disponible) ya que con este álbum ella tomo una mejor dirección y un mejor sonido, es aquí cuando de verdad encontró su sonido, cuando sewerslvt empieza a ser sewerslvt.

resource I love the style of production on this album. I think the reprises of songs are a great addition to the album as a whole. Favorite track: An empty bliss beyond this World.

UNCRN JNKI Deceitful Nostalgia: the crackle, ballroom reverb, and worn-out melodies aren't just vintage, but feel like decaying memories, as if the past is replaying itself from inside a damaged archive.

What comes to mind is the photograph from the end of The Shining, the balcony/diner scene from The Carnivale series, and the surreal dance from Carnival of Souls.

I envision a gala evening, Empty Bliss is playing there, forever. The dead applaud, they have but one virtue - Looking Like Each Other...
