clay_m Man, this is a great album. I love music like this. The story behind the album and its existence adds wonderful history to an already fantastic album. Just adding this to your collection for the story is more than enough for a purchase. Favorite track: Paint The Town.

jimmytheworm It's always nerve-wracking when you look forward to something for a long time because then what if it finally comes out and you built it all up in your head and it actually sucks, well, if that's your worry, FRET NOT, CITIZEN, GET SOME GULL SONGS

Aldo If you find a band like Lankum to up-lifting, normal and structured, Milkweed is the way to go. Its like they said to Lankum 'depressing and messed up folk? Hold my beer!". Looped samples repeating, strange -well researched apparently- lyrics about history. I like all Milkweed's releases so far, but Folklore is by far my favorite. Esp. as its the exact right balance between 'messed up' and 'listenable'. Favorite track: My Father's Sheep is Dead.

TeeDubyaBee Great to see a vinyl issue of this & The Mound People - artistry in decay, pressed to wax. Favorite track: My Father's Sheep is Dead.

Alexandre Listening to this somewhere in Aubrac near a XIIth century castle. Not bad.
