Edward Record of the year. Jay Daniel nails it with tracks such as Paradise Valley, which like the rest of the album, is a textured future classic. A soulful spirit is present throughout the album and the live drum sounds add another dimension to what amounts to a rich and cohesive album. Traces of the beauty I heard years ago on his remix of Four Tet's Aerial are still here. And now with more musical and life experiences, the artist has painted us a masterpiece.
