    Nonoi thumbnail
    Nonoi I <3 Tokyo Shoegazer.
Their music helped me through a dark period in my life and being able to experience a new album just as beautiful if not more than the last is a privilege I am eternally grateful for. Favorite track: Wisteria.

    Mike Froggatt thumbnail
Mike Froggatt The only thing better than this album is hearing the songs live. Now I can listen and be transported back to an unforgettable evening at Koenji High. TSGZ does it again. Favorite track: Pulse.

  2. Honora
    by Flea
    supported by
    Chal thumbnail
Chal when I heard Flea put out a solo album, I didn't imagine it would sound like this, hell, I didn't know what to expect.

listening through this album is like watching a flower bloom, or the sun rise over a still lake. fleeting, but profound. delicate, but capable of knocking you on your ass Favorite track: Thinkin Bout You.
    Jason Russell thumbnail
Jason Russell Flea is such a good human.
    riotgrrrl_meg thumbnail
riotgrrrl_meg I admit I was never a RHCP fan, just never connected with them. But this? Man oh man, this is fire. The layers of Flea just keep going deeper and deeper. The honesty and sincerity of his musical voice is real and it is true. 2026 Album of the Year if I have any say. Favorite track: Frailed.

    Vivian thumbnail
Vivian Incredible album with one of the greatest songs of all time in the opening track, IMO. While I consider 'Dramatic' to be a timeless, must-listen song, make no mistake - this entire album is worth every penny and every minute. What an album, what a band. Favorite track: Dramatic.

  5. Dystopia
    by Blurred City Lights
    supported by
    snowinspring thumbnail
snowinspring Dystopia features the familiar sounds of keyboards and early shoegaze/dream-pop, with Kamiya’s unmistakeable vocals. Blurred City Lights indeed add a dystopian touch with two ambient instrumental tracks that remind me of Vangelis’ work for the film “Blade Runner”. 「亡霊都市」 is a stunning track with a bridge where I wonder if Megumi plays his bowed guitar. This is a brilliant follow up to their first album. Blurred City Lights have cemented themselves as one of my top favourite bands in this genre. Favorite track: 亡霊都市.
