weebsheep This song feels like mixing an old wild-west cartoon with a surreal, dreamy cartoon made by a college student that is half-asleep and half on drugs. Basically it feels like taking a classic melody but playing it with new, younger experiences and emotions. To summarize: it's amazing!

weebsheep At this point it's basically nostalgic to hear this song again. Oliver Buckland has such a uniquely strange (in a positive way!) music style and it really shows here. The simple notes making an intriguing melody while small notes, that almost sound like animals singing along to it, are layered into it make this song feel like a dreamy landscape.

fourthplace raspberry with a hint of strawberry.
each song in this album is so different from the others. a very strong middle is usually one of my favorite kinds of albums, and this doesn’t dissapoint. Spiral Staircase is very cool and microtonal, the cover of What a Wonderful World reinterprets it well, and the finale of Old Ways finishes with a very complete soundscape. overall my favorite part of this album, it’s beautiful.
