    artie thumbnail
artie tagabow are masters of combining their weird DAW ideas with the most enrapturing shoegaze out there, and this album is the epitome of what makes their work so strong. So many ideas streamlined into 25 minutes of euphoric music. Favorite track: double apple.
    humansofar thumbnail
humansofar this shit burst my ears in the most enjoyable way possible with the most heavenly, yet heavy and nasty instrumentals ive ever heard Favorite track: double apple.

    BATARD TRONIQUE thumbnail
    Cone thumbnail
Cone We need Jungle, but we also need Drum & Bass. Polished production values with surprisingly accomplished compositions and the raw spirit of breaks makes this one an all timer for sure. Favorite track: Sea Of Tears.
    janmo thumbnail

    ronpr thumbnail
ronpr One thing I've come to appreciate after visiting a number of times is the very high calibre of pop musicianship in China. This 2018 collection from Zoo Gazer is a perfect example.

Understand this: I hardly understand a word of Chinese, but the vocals here easily work well enough as instruments in their own right, and the stuff is just straight up pop catchy--like pop is supposed to be. I love listening to this.
