reminds me of the last day of a family vacation. your parents running around making sure they've got everything, and while you're waiting, you're getting that last little bit of tv in. even though the shows are the same, somehow it feels different from the TV at home. the channels aren't right (some are missing, replaced by others you don't have), and the commercials are different, local. this album captures that feeling of switching back & forth to take it all in one more time before you leave.
