aquatheology The Humming Conch edition is one of my most prized possessions and I was genuinely afraid of things like disc rot.

I am very happy that these ephemeral vignettes are etched into the permanence of a proper record.

Light-shaped hearts, set against a bottom of impenetrable blue. <3

Tom Colquhoun Reports of disco's death have been greatly exaggerated.
This record drips with glossy chic and inspired energy. 16 tracks long and no filler. Post-modern-pop (not as pretentious as it sounds) that draws equally from mid-century soul, funk and disco as it does from contemporary art-rock and pop. C'est trop bon. Favorite track: C'est Si Bon.

    Bertha22 thumbnail
Bertha22 I find this album to be exiting, tasteful, refreshing and as said above, rock solid. They were playing here in Florida a couple of weeks ago at the end of an even I g with multiple performers. The event was shutting down so I was exiting by the stairs out front, thinking I would head home. Then I heard this interesting music coming from somewhere around the corner. Bam! “There is life”, matching gold outfits, perfection in dan e lyrics and sound. Happy to find their album.

gulfcoastfishman Your on the right path. A few great mentors to share your vision with might be MNNQNS from France , Temples from the UK and MCC from Sweden , and Manic Street Preachers to test your skills . Unfortunately the number one rule is there is no plan B. That hurdle is sometimes the hardest , or the easiest. 🤘
