David Miller Live albums can be hit or miss. Live at Levitation is one big fucking HIT. So great to hear Nick and Nikki playing the pre-Data Doom classics. Wonderful mix by Josh too. Really captures the power, dynamics, urgency of these sensational songs. God I love this band. Favorite track: Cavehead.

Xtra Happy Frankie's such a tight band and they've been on a real hot streak lately. If you can catch 'em live, absolutely do; if you can't (or, already have and you crave for more) their live albums are luckily as lightning in a bottle as they are in the flesh.

Cuts like 'System System' and 'Empire' demonstrate such a powerful command over their sound; fast, fuzzy, always on-beat, and somehow still standing (albiet out of breath) after each show without accidentally turning themselves into puddles of goo Favorite track: Syster System (Live).

Nik Havert It's a fun recording of one of the best live bands out there right now.

saturn 🪐 I think the first time I ever listened to this album in full it was on a 14hr road trip with the world's most mediocre headphones & now I just associate it with late summer melancholy Favorite track: I'll Still Destroy You.

misterbogus It's their finest, I think. It's rich, with a wider emotional range than their others, and a more varied range of musical styles.
My favourite track is actually the opener - thoughtful and sad but also kinda hopeful, I can practically see the heavy snow falling on two on/off lovers meeting.
