  3. Way Their Crept
    by Grouper

    magoski thumbnail
    magoski Back and forth
    shadows,
    crept — soft as ash.
    before the eruption
The cables hum like veins remembering,
    pain as a lullaby,
    and pleasure as its echo.

    Drill pressed hearts,
    skin melted into static prayer.
    beneath the ruins
    fragile chords of maybe
    could be
    might be
    and again.
    Every note is a pulse,
    every silence is a grave.

    We are trapped in life,
    but dreaming in reverse —
    the bass a womb,
    the echo our rebirth.

    And through the noise,
the light still waits. Favorite track: Hold A Desert, Feel It's Hand.
    Largey thumbnail
Largey I often imagine this is the sound of prehistoric (more specifically, the late Triassic) dunes while I shift through rocks on lake Ontario. The haunting spirit of the prior extinction, a corrosive spectre fading into the earth of a new beginning. There's never been a body of work that captures such a lush dryness. This record saved me, in so many ways. Favorite track: Sang Their Way.

    KensWorldRecords thumbnail
KensWorldRecords Good quality pressing. No surface noise what so ever. Only issue is the resealable outer sleeve they come in. Took 5 minutes to remove and impossible to put back on. The resealable sticker line on these sleeves are on the flap, yes the flap end. I would not care if it was not for the hype sticker in on these sleeves.
    the metal psychotherapist thumbnail
the metal psychotherapist Psychedelic-rock infused post-metal. Hypnotic, layers of sounds and emotions, complex and dense, surprising and familiar all at once. Favorite track: Threshold Of Transformation.
    Eric McQueen thumbnail
Eric McQueen The dynamic of this album is all that you can dream of. A gem among rocks. Favorite track: Hand Of The Host.
