hereticeric Rerecording after 20 years, that often goes wrong, but it did not!
The spirit and the insanity is still there.(the vocals differ the most, they are more present in the mix)
    Overall my favorite Schattenvald release.

Eric Devin Excellent! Maybe a notch below Rime but still another outstanding example of Austin's work!

tomazp There are no missteps when it comes to Panopticon. The journey has wound as a life does: from rage to resolve, from despair to wonder. From Collapse through Kentucky, from Scars through Laurentian Blue, there has existed a promise of Panopticon fully integrating the disparate elements of Crust, Black, Folk, Doom, and Bluegrass, the themes of nature, political action and personal struggles. Here is Panopticon, perhaps finally fully realized in the new guise of a storyteller. Wonderful. Favorite track: Ghost Eyes in the Fire Light.
    Harold N’Hiver thumbnail
Harold N’Hiver I just turned 50. I have always cared about this world and I still do. But as I age it gets ever harder to give a fuck, especially as the world continues to spiral into greater depravity on a daily basis.

BUT - I have 3 children who will inherit what I leave behind, and every time a Panopticon release drops, and Austin writes, “Don’t let the fire burn out,” I am reminded that I am called upon to care more then ever, and to fight. This man’s records call me to that struggle

    Thank you, Austin.

Sharoyko Andrey The deep sadness of devastation and the blind fury of heavy metal awaken ancient instincts and confidence. Favorite track: Light of Hope.
    church_of_infinite_knowledge thumbnail
church_of_infinite_knowledge An immediate buy. To me it felt like unending resistance to our shit world, cultivating power so enduring that we just might make it if we face our obstacles with fury and desire. Favorite track: Bound by the World's Chains.

YomaBarr Ah, good! Trancelike, and I've always had a sweet spot for dramatic whispers. Thanks for the code, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. Sorry, but $9 is too much for an unknown band, no matter what Bandcamp owners say.

teoretic6 Stumbled accidentally on this album and feel in love with it from the first minute!

I very much love the style of this Gothic Metal and love the mood and the atmosphere it creates.

So many bangers in this album, hard to choose the favoutite track.
I love how they all follow the same mood, but different enough to catch the attention.

Very much love Anomaly and Behind the Lie tracks. But other are bangers as well! Favorite track: Anomalie.
