Rob O Connell Such a great selection of bands that clearly love & understand the reference material. I knew at least two of the bands on here (once I saw Hippie death cult I was in) but discovered a new favourite band: Mos Generator. Favorite track: Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts I–V).

Ultramegadeth They are all great, but Wish You Were Here and Never Turn Your Back On A Friend are my favorites in the 50 Years Later series so far. This is perfect; the artists' love for the songs they are covering really shows through. Thanks for the early access for the Kickstarter supporters too!

Harry Harrison What do you get when you mix the musical genius of David Bowie and some of the hottest underground heavy rock artists around today? Sheer brilliance is what you get. I have always been a fan of the Rock ‘n’ Roll chameleon and the Stardust album. But to have it “beefed up” with today’s bands takes it to a new level. It’s an investment I’m enjoying. Favorite song? Why Moonage Daydream of course. Favorite track: Moonage Daydream.

Emily Violet Might be a bit sacrilegious but this, to me, is more enjoyable than the original record. Huge well done, looking forward to 1973. Favorite track: Moonage Daydream.

sixes all the way Great choice of album to cover and not one track is anything less than fantastic - very hard to pick a favourite from among this lot. Brilliant effort by all the artists involved, well worth buying and looking forward to more in this series: with 1975 being next in line wondering if A Night At The Opera is on the cards? Favorite track: This Town Ain't Big Enough for Both of Us.

Emily Violet Another faultless entry in one of my favourite long-term music projects, with astoundingly good takes on a monolithic record. Favorite track: In My Family.

robertwalsha This is a great tribute to a great album. I have several favourite tracks, but for me the absolute standout is Besvärjelsen's interpretation of Equator. Completely different, yet completely in the spirit of the original. Favorite track: Equator.

Harry Harrison I was ashamedly very unaware of Budgie but I have now educated myself on all things Welsh 70ise rock. I think this album works so well for me because this was my first exposure to Budgie and it was a fine experience. There is nothing not to like about this album. Lovers of 70ies rock, look no further. Favorite track: Breadfan.

sabbath767 Its mix of doom and psychedelic is such an refreshing sound. It really reminds me of Rainbow with Dio and Ritchie Blackmore. These guys did an astonishing job on this. My only wish is that it had more songs on it to listen to haha. Favorite track: Blink Of An Eye.
