Xtra Happy Taking the art pop elements of the self-titled reunion album from a couple of years ago into a jazz and ambient direction was certainly not what I thought would come next for TMV, but then again A). I don't think anyone would've, and B). it's yet again another strong direction change I'm glad they've taken.

Intricately detailed, especially for a whole 50 minute through-mixed experience, I've found this works really well as a late night listen, much like "Octahedron" and "Que Dios" before it. Favorite track: Voice in my knives.

srosefacekillah I can't even begin to articulate how hauntingly and painfully beautiful I find this album. Nicole Miglis transmutes pain like no other. This is the soundtrack of the dreams I want to disappear into, but I wake up crying to instead. Favorite track: Sleep All Day.
