Darknight This is death metal simplified and done very well by a band who know exactly what they are doing. It's extremely heavy and dark. Favorite track: Those Who Obey.

BookendS This is the very definition of "guilty pleasure": not the most technically proficient, or genre-bending band out there, but damn is this fun, WELL DONE, slamming, neanderthal, metal! Probably the best sounding, best produced album in the entire genre right now! Favorite track: Those Who Obey.

Herman Incantation's little brother, that he worries about a lot. Favorite track: Lurking Beyond Time And Space.

Abyssius Murkraken Bought these albums physically off of Bandcamp a few years back. Unfortunately they were removed from my library. Had to rebuy the digital versions again.

A great black metal album, melodic and one could say an almost somber style. Each album feels emotionally raw and has a odd serenity to the compositions.

Highly recommended! Favorite track: Riddles in Devil's Tongue.
