ajohn Mcall I ventured into a world kind of like our own, but it was humid. Very Humid. It was swampy, foggy, and the light reflecting off of the water was a light blue color, softer than our own moon. This caused the leaves to appear dark purple. The sounds from the wildlife were unrecognizable, I imagined the creatures were harmless and going about their own business, but who knows right? Favorite track: Fractal Cave.

    G Norton thumbnail
G Norton This is such a fun album and immaculate pressing (sirio ultra black). Also nuts to see his professional dexterity from composer of this to lawyer to upper role at Netflix. True savant, happy to have found this. Favorite track: The Inverted Man.
    A Strangely Isolated Place thumbnail
A Strangely Isolated Place I could listen to this specific track on repeat/loop forever. Let alone the greatness of the rest. Favorite track: Abstract Forward Movement.
    Louis Haiman thumbnail
Louis Haiman Soundtrack 313 (Ferox, 1996) is one of those rare, elusive records. An urban legend of sorts. Many have heard it in edited form as Excerpts (Peacefrog, 2000) but to hear it in complete, original context is new for many. Myself included. A gift. Timeless, essential listening and placement into the permanent archive. Favorite track: Abstract Forward Movement.

Miles Egan One of the best spacey synth music records I've heard in a long time. It would make an excellent soundtrack for a sci-fi film. Favorite track: Infrasonic Enclosure.
    CHD thumbnail
CHD Back when I first heard this, I had something to say about it but it was way too corny to share with the world. Anyhow, ONLY FOREVER has a sci-fi bend that will be quite keen for well-seasoned travelers.
