Egg Wizard Probably my favourite composer in electronic history. I gave him my Vietnamese bamboo hat at one Earthcore; basswaves made it vibrate, giving you a head massage while dancing. His delighted face was the best moment of my going out life. Immerse in his pre-Shponglish splendour and enjoy peak 1990's psychedelic trance. Favorite track: Snakey Shaker (Remastered).

DuraChelle 2.0 DAIISTAR is a lot of fun. I first heard them at Austin Psych Fest before Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. My husband and I were so impressed, so I made sure to remember the band name. Tracemaker is the song that got our attention as we were waiting for BRMC. I love the sound and vibe of DAIISTAR. Favorite track: Tracemaker.

Papa Jay (Radio Smorgasbord) A very strong debut and one of my personal neo-psych highlights of 2023. Highly recommended. Favorite track: Repeater.

MerKaBa This song brings me so deep into a field of nostalgia. It reminds me track 2 of Lego Island Soundtrack which is hands down one of the most rooted memories of my childhood. I want a whole album like this. Favorite track: Manta Rays.
