duskbringer 16 Psyche and Twin Fawn make this an essential purchase in my book. Chelsea bending that Gretsch then crunching it whilst proving she can sing half a dozen styles yet making you crave more of her own. Sex, death & vice vs the bigger picture and at the end of Twin Fawn absolutely tearing down the firmament. Crucial listening. Favorite track: 16 Psyche.

Nocturnal Egg (Jordan) Sic Transit Gloria Mundi est un E.P. qui contient quelques pistes qui n'ont pas trouvé place sur The Assassination of Julius Caesar et sera donc un ajout indispensable pour tous ceux qui ont adoré la transition d'Ulver vers un croisement entre rock et synthpop — j'en fais partie. Mais plus que de simples "restes", ces trois pistes annoncent déjà une envie d'avancer et un thème (la dimension cyclique du temps) qui sera pleinement exploitée dans Flowers of Evil. Et cette si belle reprise aussi !! Favorite track: The Power of Love.
