bmurator Polish Stoner / Doom Metal. I love the way these guys are in no rush whatsoever & they let things develop with some massively long tracks... :) My only real problem is that it is *far* too short but I am just greedy & always want more... :) Repeat it is! Thanks Fuzzy! Recommended! Favorite track: Threnody (live).

Chimplord bmurator summed this up perfectly!
The only thing I would add is Luna and the Devil should run for the governor and Lt.governor of Michigan, respectively.

bmurator US Doom Metal. That voice... :) I missed it... :) Lady Luna enchants & beguiles & almost ensnares me with her vocals! I am captivated & awestruck. If you mix that together with some exquisite instrumentations & guitar work then you have the recipe for magic which is what this album is! I have to go through all of their amazing discography again but I am sure this is their best work yet... :) Thanks Lady Luna & the Devil! Highly recommended!!! Favorite track: She is Risen.

Fuzzy Cracklins (Best Music Newsletter) bmurator said it best and I agree this gothic doom is not to be missed!! Variety of vocal styles, heavy riffs, and epic length!! 🤘🐊 Favorite track: Where Hope Has Fled.

bmurator US Gothic / Doom Metal. A one man, Dan Krell, project. This is the latest from Dan & probably his best to date! Very dark & extremely heavy as well & with very varied vocals as well. I thoroughly recommend Dan's entire discography as he has some great experimental ideas that you won't have heard before... :) Recommended! Favorite track: Sanctum of Nightmares.

    microwavewalrus thumbnail
microwavewalrus Well-recorded, good singing, songwriting, grooves, guitar playing. I'm not a super metal guy and this has enough energy to be punchy but it's still jammy and relaxed at times. Favorite track: Lay It On Me Brotha'.
    blues81 thumbnail
blues81 one of the best heavy blues-rock bands, with all the good influences in the recipe...

    Doomshire thumbnail
Doomshire I cannot remember when a piece of music(or two)had such an effect on me.When epinoia came on I thought my speakers then my brain would explode. genius improvisation takes you to the far reaches of the cosmos then returns to melt your face with the heaviest slice of feedback n fuzz you can imagine. Sounds like these haven't been made since Amon Duul or Hawkwind blew their brains out with reverb and sandoz. I hope Population II will release on vinyl soon.bonne ecoute? oui, tres bonne ecoute!! Favorite track: Epinoia.
    The Midnight Toker. thumbnail

Rock Man (Dave Proger) Blues Funeral does it again... Album of the year canidate for the second year in a row!!! Listen at extreme volume for maximum enjoyment!!!
    JD Quenzer thumbnail
JD Quenzer 'The Search' was one of my favourite albums of last year so I naturally hit "Buy Album" without listening. 'Awakening' is hitting all the buttons I expected it would and, although it's too early to pick a favourite track, it's clear Blues Funeral have once again produced what will be an Album of the Year on my radio show, Into The Void on Astro Radio.
    paul rote thumbnail
paul rote Early Scorpions meets Wishbone Ash meets Traditional doom . Exceptional quality of musicianship!
and yes , album of the year candidate . Favorite track: Shadow of the Snake.
    arawana123 thumbnail
arawana123 Amazing hard rock recording firmly rooted in the 70s. Great compositions and performance. Highly recommended !
