ghosttropics Lo On The Ilm is the sound the infinite expansiveness of nighttime; of sleepwalking naked into a forest clearing and slowly waking to the feeling of mud between your toes and the glow of the moon on your skin. The mysterious allure this album holds over me is something I would almost describe as biological, drawing me back each night like an animal towards a body of water.

Ezra Really beautiful ambient guitar pieces. I’m definitely not an expert when it comes to guitar playing, but this sounds very skillful. Favorite track: When Our Reflections Go Cold.

drawreadhear an absolutely refreshing entry. a calmingly radical break from sameness (that fills no small amount BC space). will have this on repeat and will watch for more from.this duo.

Toblermone Such good vibes, love it. Only just heard it all the way through. I dont know if the woman calling in on side A was naming the track playing in the back ground or a previous one, put it was Tony rebel - Know jah / 007 (double o samples it in a killer 96 track

Wow! Some of these segments (Ragga 105) are sourced from tape recordings I made when I was 13, which I shared with the Pirate Radio Archive site many years ago. Great to see them reused like this. Favorite track: Side A.
    Mister Meows thumbnail
Mister Meows A wander up-and-down a pirate radio dial - bursts of static, DJ promos, and song fragments that fade in and out. Favorite track: Side A.

ghosttropics If there is one thing I think of when it comes to Burgan Triangle Tapes, it is this very specific brand of warped percussive exploration that seems less preoccupied with making rhythms that "make sense", but rather observing all the interesting ways they can interact when cut free from such constraints.

Parables feels like stumbling through a dark room on downers and somehow not tripping, a drunken ballet finding grace in its absurdity.
