Standing for Hours in One Spot I have the family perfume and for the recently found innocent cassettes. in haste i ordered a ditigal copy of this, then realized I'd have ordered the cassette had I thought of it prior.
Mighttheone You have felt, and in feeling, you know that connections are formed and severed. There is gentle wind that tips over a wine glass, there is elegance in chaos. These are the songs of lovers, and love is sometimes blinding and disorienting, but as Sleeping Beauty swallowed the poison, was the taste as memorable as the kiss, or was the poison slightly better, hell, maybentge highlight was the sleep. We emerge on the other side new, I like these songs a lot. Favorite track: I Saw Snow Today.

Xtra Happy Face Stabber is a well-varied mix the psychy-kraut jams Oh Sees had become known for by this point, as well as shorter punchier punk cuts ('Together Tomorrow' & 'Gholü') that'd later show up in a fuller sense on 2020's "Protean Threat".
Other elements are here to add some vital kick, like tinges of prog rock on 'Scutum & Scorpius' and the denouement track 'Captain Loosely' ("The 12" Synth" my beloved) that comes before the big jazz daddy 21-minute-behemoth of a motherfucker that is 'Henchlock' Favorite track: Fu Xi.
