  1. Quaristice (Versions)
    by Autechre
    supported by
    costello75 thumbnail
costello75 More elegant abstraction from Autechre! Have been listening to their intricate sounds for the best part of three decades now, and they never fail to surprise and confound me with the myriad ways they find to rearrange the neural pathways and connections in my brain. Favorite track: fol4.
    Nick Suda thumbnail
Nick Suda I have always preferred this version of Quaristice. For whatever reason, these arrangements just hit me a little better than the originals. With the prominent exception of Perlence, which I vastly prefer the original release version. This version cuts out the "A section" completely while also neutering the impact of how heavy the "B section" is. Regardless, I loved this era of Autechre and think this is an underrated record within their broader discography. Favorite track: fol4.
    Nicolas thumbnail
Nicolas I love the whole concept of this album including the great artwork of the cover. And I bow my head to Autechre for delivering once again such a wonderful album of great music. Thank you! Favorite track: Tankraken.

  2. Just Landed
by Burnt Friedman & The Nu Dub Players
    supported by
    Thibaut Devigne thumbnail
Thibaut Devigne This is still one of the best 'dub' albums I ever heard. It's a mix between dub and electronica, flirting all the way with minimalism. It also maintains a strong sense of playfulness all along. Favorite track: Hut Selector Version.

Tempestas Electronic drum kicks and bass drops underscore the apocalyptic menace of this new album from Cindytalk.Cinder manages to break away from the mainstream electronic avant-garde every time, shining like rays of sunlight through the gnarled branches of a dark forest with his compositions. The depth of the work is close to limbo.

Intrusive Signals a very very good Shackleton album! snappy groovy concise tracks ... whilst I enjoy the collaborations with the longer experiences, I think this is the best Shackleton work since the Scotch collaboration album which was also shorter tracks. very well produced as always, find myself constantly moving whilst listening to this job done 🐍 Favorite track: Crushing Realities.
    magoski thumbnail
magoski Where am I right now. Where as I today? I can feel the traces of
    movement.
    Lots of movement
Would be a dance if it's wasn't so erratic
    is the fire
minds of their own each flame
    rising together
"why is it", says Alan Watts, 'that we don't rise into love? We fall into Love! "

    when I hear this
    I slow down
    step outside of myself
    and see for myself
just how fast I am going
    I didn't realize
    how fast
    I was going
    I am going
    I am inbetween
    caught
