Liza Nicklin Incredible to think this album is around 14 years old!! And it still sounds and feels fresh and way ahead of its time. I think this album is a landmark that set the trend that years later many follow (instead with compressed kick drum and processed beats). This album in my personal understanding is pure and subtle ambient dub that is rhythmic without relying on the safety net of kick, snare and hats!!! That's quite an achievement AND given it was 2003.
