Grimmrobe Pallbearer at the height of their powers, now sounding better than ever.

Essential. Favorite track: Worlds Apart (2025 Mix).
    Chimplord thumbnail
Chimplord I wasn't excited about buying a remastered version of an album that is only 11 years old, but after listening to The Ghost I Used To Be, I couldn't help myself.
This is one of the greatest doom albums of all time. Favorite track: The Ghost I Used To Be (2025 Mix).
    bssktty thumbnail
bssktty Prog Metal Sade. This is the first time a band has ever George Lucas'd a 10/10 and bumped it up to 11. The drum sound reminds me of October Rust. So sick... Favorite track: The Ghost I Used To Be (2025 Mix).

Favorite track: Yor Zarad.

    Summer thumbnail
Summer Angine de Poitrine, brings new fun and life into prog rock in both presentation and sound. I think if you like Cassiopeia you'll like them. Alternatively if you're transgender you will probably like them as well. Favorite track: Ababa Hotel.
    sassychicken17 thumbnail
sassychicken17 This album breaks my brain in the best of ways. From the innovative microtonal sounds to the time signature shifts, my mind and body are fully engaged with every track. Bandcamp has the audacity to force me to choose exactly one favorite song, but they are all great tracks! Favorite track: Ababa Hotel.

    Dave Aftandilian thumbnail
Dave Aftandilian Within my mind the bright blue sky shatters into its component parts, each taking with it a tiny sliver of my soul. Walking through the jagged shards I am flayed alive, bleeding from a million imperceptible cuts, till all that is left of me is a passing cloud of a dream.
    victor-nightingale thumbnail
victor-nightingale Easily one of the most dynamic and mind-bendingly technical records out there in the dissonant/avant-garde realm. An instant classic that set a new high-water mark for extreme music. Favorite track: Imperative Imperceptible Impulse.
    Jowy thumbnail
Jowy This album is a masterpiece. A Hidden Gem. The sound of it is super dimensional/real/organic. Everything is real. ❤️

  4. Bleak Days Ahead
    by Pure Wrath
    featured track 00:00/00:00
    Spectral Insomnia Spectral Insomnia
    supported by
    Urso X thumbnail
Urso X Melancholic, cinematic black metal that could be the soundtrack for a documentary about psychological suffering under terminal, late-stage hyper-capitalism. The title says it all, really, and what it doesn’t say, the remarkable video for “Spectral Insomnia” certainly makes explicit. All that being said, BDA isn’t the soul-destroying buzz kill you might otherwise imagine; the musicality, artistry, and authenticity displayed elevates it to the realm of inspired (& inspiring) truth-telling. Kudos! Favorite track: Spectral Insomnia.
    highmarx thumbnail
highmarx I’m here via Brad Sanders’ monthly metal column in Stereogum, having never heard this artist, and I was immediately awestruck. This one really breathes new life into atmospheric black metal, despite its brooding, ominous energy. I can’t recommend this enough. Favorite track: Opaque Mist.
    Antrodemus thumbnail
Antrodemus This is a dark, melancholic album, beautifully composed like a film soundtrack. It feels immersive, like watching an emotional memoir. It speaks to me personally.
Best listened to from start to finish, it takes you through a bleak emotional journey. Respect to Januaryo Hardy, and thanks to all the supporting musicians. I hope this album serves as catharsis for you and for listeners who connect with it. Favorite track: Bleak Days Ahead, Pt. II.
    BoboDupla thumbnail
BoboDupla Another fantastic LP by Pure Wrath. Really loving the sad, emotional vibe. The music is varied enough, there are elements of other genres present and the whole album takes you on a journey through all the bleak parts of the world. Favorite track: Opaque Mist.

Kris Faust Immolation is synonymous with consistency, technical prowess, ferocity, and monumental songwriting. Descent is no exception. Real contender for album of the year.
    eManRenaissanc thumbnail
eManRenaissanc My favorite band, still thriving 40 years in. There's no one else like 'em. Just ordered the vinyl and had to buy the BC version too, of course.
    KenshirO thumbnail
KenshirO Crushingly heavy, oppressive and filled with a dark epic sound that many death metal bands could never hope to achieve. Tops even Acts Of God. Fantastic production and some of their best work ever. I recommend listening to it with a pair of Heavys 🎧 on. It will make your testicles explode Favorite track: Attrition.
