Dr Sküllfük Might be my favourite Mastiff release. Brilliant production, packed full of riffs and groove, heavy as hell. Vocals particularly great. Excellent stuff. And man, what a closing track! Favorite track: Corporeal.

Camel VoidCeremony went with dirtier production and more focused songwriting to make for a more OS-sounding and linear listening experience, but that linearity allows for a deeper narrative explored through more direct chord progressions, riffs, and an effectively perfect interlude. This EP is short, but damn does it do everything right. VoidCeremony is giving us a glimpse of just how much of a powerhouse they are shaping up to be. Choco Latte Crap on a crutch, would you look at the sweet lineup here? As with every VoidCeremony release it's another unreal performance as the band blows your mind with their tech'ed out, wiggly bass lined insanity. Favorite track: Entropic Reflections Continuum.
