Lute FP A tremendously ambitious album, at the core a doomy blues-rock offering, but the songwriting is so dynamic that the listener will constantly wonder what’s coming next, and try to recall what came before. The vocals are raw, reminding me of Eric Burdon at times- melancholic, almost desperate, but always melodic.

The interspersed gospel-like vocal harmonies propel this into uncharted territory. This is fantastic music.

Meyer zum Mischen Listening to this album feels like watching a movie to me. It evokes so many different feelings which are often ambivalent and hard to describe in words. Embedded in the hilarious moments of All Of My Friends are going to hell is a lingering darkness. The religious hymns are comforting at the same time. The melancholic songs are juxtaposed with tension-building sound-design choices. This album feels like a very real, pure and honest artistic statement.
