Chris J Brilliant stuff, Beautifully Funereal I remember seeing someone call it, and..yeah. Crushingly heavy and crushingly slow, yet never feels meandering. The vocals are quite Michael Stipe-esque, and it perhaps ain't the most diverse record you'll ever hear, but if those aren't deal breakers (and for me, nowhere near, I'd almost say they're strengths), this is some of the best, most emotive Doom Metal you'll ever hear. Favorite track: Footprints.

Craig Collins I saw a meme a while back. The top panel had two women conversing, one says to the other "I can't believe he didn't cry during titanic!" and the other says "Do men even have feelings?". The bottom panel was the "Yes" chad head with a darkened face looking at this album cover. I think that meme accurately depicts how this album sounds. Favorite track: Faces.

trainh13 Probably the best doom album of the last 20 years. Patrick's vocals are heartbreaking and the instrumentation accentuates the pent up emotion at every opportunity. Cathartic yet pensive, it's required listening as far as I'm concerned. Favorite track: Watching from a Distance.

Zar Rifai A worthy successor to Reverend Bizarre. Hard to choose a favorite track! Favorite track: Babalon Working.

Ofer Mashiach Just what you'd expect from a band that charted the waters of Finnish doom. Favorite track: Holiday in the Cemetery.

Ellery Beard The best possible heir to the legacy of Reverend Bizarre. Has both catchy rockers and morose poetry recited at a corpse's pace. Trad doom overflowing with both Crowley-isms and fascination with death. Favorite track: Holiday in the Cemetery.

Jono Schneider Brutal heaviness that makes you wonder if there’s anything better on earth Favorite track: Satan.

nomadylan Probably the heaviest thing in the known universe. Simple yet crushing riffage at its finest. Not a huge fan of instrumental bands, but these guys make a loud exception. Hail Satan Worship Doom 🤘🏻 Favorite track: Hail.
