  1. I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me (24-bit HD audio)
    by Lorna Shore

    Arachnid Saar (Spectral Damnation) thumbnail
    throughmyeyes9 thumbnail
throughmyeyes9 This album is absolutely amazing. The progression as a band is clear in songs like Oblivion and Glenwood. Songs like The Darkness and Unbreakable are beyond heavy and touch on the true metal community. My favorite is by and far Prison of Flesh, its a grown up Hellfire with depth and is the heaviest song I have ever heard! Favorite track: Prison of Flesh.
    drogo7 thumbnail
drogo7 one of the Best epic song from this amazing band Favorite track: Forevermore.

allthegoodnamesgone Album of the year contender already. The creativity and variety is stunning. The songwriting transcends the Black Metal sphere in many directions, I especially like the rock influence in some passages. Stunning! Favorite track: Submerged.
    Mitchell Clulow thumbnail
Mitchell Clulow The high water mark for cinematic black metal has just been raised. Incredible.
    LaLande thumbnail

    deimosgakken thumbnail
deimosgakken Have you ever heard a voice on the other side of the fog calling to the deep - like sirens singing through the black waters? That song is like a shiver on the surface of the sea before a storm. It beckons, it wraps around you, and you suddenly realize that drowning doesn't always mean death.

    triplej26 thumbnail
triplej26 This Heathen Land by Green Lung has hit all the right spots for hard rock, doom metal sub genre. It felt like being in a musical theatre playing a part of a journey into an Albion Occult. Mood, production, lyrics and composition for how the tracks here played out is phenomenal for British metal.

Fun Epic folklore from shadow side of church, land, sky and deep oceans of time. Every track here has a different style of music. All of them equally fun to hear. This Heathen Land does not disappoint. Favorite track: Oceans of Time.
    zeroesandones thumbnail
zeroesandones Sleeper hit of the year for me. Damn fine album, especially the way it sucks you in with the opening track. So many tunes instantly stuck in my head. Favorite track: Maxine (Witch Queen).
    Onuma thumbnail
Onuma The songwriting, mood, production, composition, and lyrics on This Heathen Land are among the best I've ever encountered. As a metal head for nearly 40 years, I put this up there with Master of Puppets, The Chemical Wedding, Holy Diver, and Painkiller.

I'm a GREEN LUNG fan for life after hearing this one. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. Favorite track: One for Sorrow.

    DameFantome thumbnail
DameFantome Heavy and elegant, deeply resonant and expressive in the gothic spirit of opening oneself to all that humanity's pain has to share. Favorite track: A Wound Unhealing.
    gwcon2006 thumbnail
gwcon2006 Great album. This album feels a little less Heavy than the debut. However, it gives this album an identity rather than just being "release #2". Thanks for the METAL Tribunal.
    NFHvc Appalachia thumbnail
NFHvc Appalachia Yes. Darken my skies, enliven this soul. Yes. Favorite track: Armoured in Shadow.

    josephine fowler thumbnail
josephine fowler From the first to last this is an emotional rollercoaster of emotional songs.

The heavier Love of the father, with the haunting vocals of Erin take you somewhere else.

Long for the damned is just hauntingly beautiful.

Possibly the best cover of Hurt ever. Favorite track: Love of a Father (Alternate Version).

  4. Neigti
    by Erdve
    Track 00:00/00:00
    supported by
    David Fischer thumbnail
David Fischer There is sophisticated, atmospheric music and there is the brute-force approach. Erdve opt for the latter and always succeed: even after the sheer tonal terror attack that was Savigaila, Neigti manages to sound like one deliberately being stoned to death with claybricks. These Latvians have no mercy, not for a mere second; instead going for seven minutes of acoustic annihilation. Still, there is a distinct atmosphere to this sludgy hardcore you surely do not want to miss out on. Crushing!
    Darknight thumbnail
Darknight Absolutely AWESOME!! Erdve return with a new track and guess what, its an absolute beast. Erdve only create the heaviest music on this damn planet and I love it!!!
    YomaBarr thumbnail
YomaBarr At least Erdve don't trim their claws. This is just a single, and there's more intensity therein than in 40 minutes somewhere else. Thanks for this, Erdve.
