    Alice M. thumbnail
Alice M. While the line-up changes make me a bit sad, after all the legendary Precambrian comprised (I think?) none of the leaving members, so everything remains possible I guess. The first revealed track tends to confirm that, so let’s preorder.
    Ippocalyptica thumbnail
Ippocalyptica Only one original member of The Ocean Collective remains, but it seems that Robin Staps is the one you want left if only one can remain, being the overall driving force behind the band’s sound. They have never misstepped to date, and I do not believe 2026 is the year that The Ocean will evaporate. There is much life yet left!
    ZangaPF thumbnail
ZangaPF I am beyond excited for some more Ocean. I love seeing where Staps goes with his vision, as he never disappoints.
    hellbound22 thumbnail
hellbound22 It`s been a while since I`ve been this exited for an album, and Light Pollution confirmed that The Ocean still got it even after major changes

    by Silent Planet

    Josearr12 thumbnail
Josearr12 I love this album; the guitar sound is amazing. It sounds so unique.
The vocals are full of emotion, and the choruses are so catchy.

What I like about this album is the complexity of the riffs and how it blends and flows like nature. Favorite track: Offworlder.
    gatko thumbnail
gatko Silent Planet makes it clear they strive to evolve their sound in a way that still encapsulates previous works, in meaning and in sound. A perfect mix of heavier sounds that incorporate electronic aspects and songs that unapologetically take their time to progress into memorable tracks. Even Reentry feels like an important bridge of a track to close the gap between Nexus and SUPERBLOOM with smooth, swelling ambience that brings you back to a more ethereal sound. Favorite track: Offworlder.
    D³ thumbnail
This is one of the best metal albums I’ve ever listened to. Favorite track: Anunnaki.

    by BIG BRAVE
    featured track 00:00/00:00
the ineptitude for mutual discernment the ineptitude for mutual discernment
    supported by
    Sean thumbnail
Sean Their most noisy droning industrial work while simultaneously being one of the most melodic vocal albums of their excellent discography. There's beauty and heart in the overwhelming wall of feedbacking sounds. And, as always, the lyrics are thoughtful, moving, and remind us of our common humanity. This might be the loudest and softest BIG BRAVE have been. I love it and then some. Favorite track: an uttering of antipathy.
    fiberglasspeacock thumbnail
fiberglasspeacock A gargantuan sonic leviathan. Orchestration and soundscapes that crash and batter, performances and lyrics that cut and pierce. Utterly devestating. This consumes me in a way no piece of music ever has. Favorite track: a shape of shame.

    cynaptyc thumbnail
cynaptyc Was expecting a great album from this team up and then to find Daniel's story woven into this album made it absolutely stellar! To know your not alone and never truly isolated nor insulated from the a brain that can be broken! There is always a chance (in a lot of cases, I understand there is not in some cases) to get back before the damage won't let you! So please talk to a good friend or a professional if it's get too dark or not feeling proper! We are only human after all!! Favorite track: Fragile Crown.

    Dmitry Nevozhay thumbnail
Dmitry Nevozhay Top-tier guest vocalists fest and cinematic soundscapes on the post-rock / prog metal frame. Amazing well produced and very diverse prog album Favorite track: Let The Truth Speak (feat. Daniel Tompkins of TesseracT & Gennady Tkachenko-Papizh).
    JZR thumbnail
JZR A true work of art. Just pure art.
    Uri Breitman thumbnail
Uri Breitman Masterful production - deep, slow enough and a feast for your headphones. Inspiring arrangements and soul-searching vocal performances from a vast array of styles and voices. It's a mega-album, a world of its own. Up there with all the greats of the symph-prog genre. I just can't have enough of it. I like the balance between drama and calmness - always keeps you on your toes, gasping for more peaks and highs. Bordering on perfection - almost the best thing ever done in the progressive world. Favorite track: Pattern Of Rebirth (feat. AJ Channer of Fire From The Gods).
