Spire 2 songs stood out to me when I listened to the Plaza compilation on YouTube. they both came from here. Cruz is my favorite it evokes a sense of ease and joy I find myself lacking Favorite track: Cruz.

Kirb After circling back to the genre of vaporwave, Windows96’s style has me hooked, with this album being my personal favorite. Its light; “airy” synths, the wonderful flutes in some tracks, and familiar SNES samples combine together to make for a very soothing yet somewhat melancholic experience. A Cry in the Distance makes me visualize a quiet; beautiful place somewhere far in the east in the mountains with bamboo stalks scattered everywhere, with pink clouds against a saturated; turquoise sky. Favorite track: A Cry in the Distance.

BananzaSmoothly Perfect for passing the time inside an outdated computer lost on the showroom shelves. A Synthwave classic. Favorite track: Youthful Waters.

atlanticbreeze One of the best vaporwave albums released in the past 5 or 6 years in my opinion. Also, by far my favorite from Windows 96. The vibes are absolutely cranked up to the maximum, it feels like I've been taken to my favorite beach just as the sun is beginning to set and I wouldn't have it any other way. Amazing work! Favorite track: Hello Earth.

s044va Invites to imagine hopelessness. A proper soundtrack for a survival game in hostile environment populated by fanatic scum that believes in lies by its own choosing. Sent to a death march to get the hate displayed. The powerful demagogue will not allow the day of retribution to come. The dark side of power. Favorite track: Death March.

Oogalook First listen through and *every track* is making me shout "WOAH! WOAH!" Win96 delivers a different experience with this one, and that is the best retrowave experience I've ever had. Favorite track: t.m.i.a.s.f.o.r creep.
