I don't consume much new music any more these days. The field is so oversaturated and my enthusiasm has given up on it as a result. However, once in a while there is an album that just pops up out of the blue, which is this one for me. A refreshing sound, honest and poetic. Danceable and sombre. Weird and weirdly familiar. SLADESNAKE I can't believe an album like this exists. Going from the hidden messaging whether they admit it or not. This is a perfect album to me and is transcends anything else they've made, it feels like a spiritual experience listening to this album.
